May 4, 2010 Board Meeting Agenda Item #38 Title APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT #1 TO THE ARCHITECT'S AGREEMENT FOR THE BOOKER HIGH SCHOOL - REBUILD PROJECT Description The scope of work for this amendment shall include all engineering services, project design, and construction administration necessary to execute the Vacation (of old section) and Dedication (of new section) of Orange Avenue per the detailed proposal and contract. The cost of this amendment shall not exceed $73,805.00. Funds for this amendment are available through the project budget account. Recommendation That Amendment #1 to the Agreement dated 11/3/2009 with Harvard Jolly, Inc. for the Booker High School - Rebuild project be approved as presented.
